Approach

We worked side-by-side with the CrossFit team from concept to completion, aligning design with business goals and customer experience.

SKU Layout Optimization

  • Strategically mapped product categories to encourage exploration and cross-selling.

  • Grouped SKUs by customer type and movement pattern to mirror the energy and rhythm of the Games.

  • Designed custom fixtures and displays to highlight key merchandise.

Experience-Driven Flow

  • Created intuitive paths from entry to checkout that naturally guided guests through product stories.

  • Installed four checkout stations at high-traffic intersections to minimize wait times.

  • Engineered circulation patterns that supported both retail efficiency and visual impact.

Seamless Operations

  • Concealed back-of-house storage for real-time restocking and inventory management.

  • Used modular components for quick install, teardown, and future reconfiguration.

  • Balanced aesthetics and logistics for a retail space that looked great and worked even better.
